NO ATTORNEYS FEES:

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act provides that the debt collector must pay your attorneys fees upon a successful resolution to your case. That means we charge you nothing for our services! No retainers, no monthly lawyer bills, just excellent legal representation on the debt collector's bill. Our clients are only required to reimburse court filing fees out of their settlement proceeds after the case has settled, so you pay us nothing while your case is ongoing. We are not entitled to any attorney fees unless and until we earn a settlement for you!
